Oct 19, 2014 [resolved ] I need help changing my IP address My ISP is Time Warner Cable Road Runner and they claim I have a dynamic IP address but it's always the same whenever I check it on this site. I've come to learn the IP I am seeing on whatismyip is an IP that is on my router. However I tried the router method on whatismyip and that didn't work either. I still have the same IP address.
