Fix iCloud's "Unable to Connect to Server" Problem
My hotmail account is not connecting/sync to server in my I have the same issue with my iPhone 4S and iPad 4 running iOS 7 I tried to send email to several contacts bcc-ed and "to" is empty it failed to send , I tried it several times then my account got stuck and couldn't sync with outlook server. I've been getting the Cannot connect to server message on both. I discovered that my iPhone had Personal Hotspot ON. I believe that both my devices were connected to my home WiFi network (and not the hotspot). Not 100% sure about that.
