I've tried logging out/in, signing out/in of PSN, rebooting the PS4, reinstalling and nothing. I have a very disappointed son who has been itching to play this - and at £50 with literally nothing to show for it, it's really bad form from EA to sell effectively broken products.

I've set my Vita and PS4 up for remote play and my PS4 is hardlined into my modem. When I use the direct connection method remote play works great (up to a distance). However, when trying to connect over a wifi network somewhere else, my Vita can find the PS4 but can't establish a connection. Any help would be appreciated!
